- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times, representing Optum in a positive and professional manner.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support new client acquisition and retention efforts.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to client services to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Continuously strive to exceed client expectations and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Client Services Or Account Management.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Managing Client Accounts.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry And Experience Working With Insurance Providers Is Preferred.
