We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Associate General Counsel, Pharmacy Programs for our legal department.The ideal candidate for this role is a highly motivated attorney with experience in pharmacy programs and a strong knowledge of the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will bring a thorough understanding of legal principles, policies, and regulations, as well as a commitment to providing superior legal counsel to our Pharmacy Programs.In this position, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the Pharmacy Programs team, leading and developing legal strategies, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws. You will also be responsible for providing legal advice on a wide range of topics such as contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.The successful candidate will have a Juris Doctorate degree and a minimum of five years of legal experience, ideally in the healthcare sector. You should have excellent research, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
