Job Description

Are you a highly motivated self-starter with experience in Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) and a passion for patient care? Optum is looking for a CDI Specialist to join our team and help ensure that our health care professionals have the documentation they need to provide the best care possible.The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the CDI process, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and a background in a clinical setting is preferred. We are looking for an individual who can think strategically and identify any challenges that may arise in the CDI process.If you're a detail-oriented professional with a passion for improving the quality of care and you have the necessary qualifications, we'd love to hear from you!
