Optum is seeking an experienced and professional Cross-Market Care Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. The Cross-Market Care Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate coordination of patient care among multiple health care providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders in order to ensure the best possible patient experience.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years of related experience in the healthcare industry, working in a team setting and with external customers. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate must also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks. The successful candidate must have the ability to work independently and proactively to ensure the highest level of customer service and patient care.
