We are looking for a seasoned and ambitious professional to join our team as a Sr. Manager Ambulatory Analytics. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing the analytics strategy for our organization’s ambulatory initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess an advanced degree in a related field, such as health care administration, public health, health policy, or business analytics, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a leadership role. You must possess a deep understanding of data analysis and interpretation, along with a solid grasp of the healthcare industry.Moreover, you must have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be comfortable collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Above all, you must be a passionate and driven individual who is motivated to make a real difference in the healthcare space. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage a comprehensive analytics strategy for Optum’s ambulatory initiatives.
  2. Analyze and interpret data and trends related to the ambulatory sector.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple areas of the organization to ensure alignment with the overall analytics strategy.
  4. Work with other members of the analytics team to ensure timely and accurate reporting of data.
  5. Communicate findings and insights to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  6. Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  7. Stay abreast of industry trends and update the analytics strategy accordingly.
  8. Establish relationships with relevant external organizations and contacts.
  9. Develop and implement systems and processes for collecting and managing data.
  10. Monitor analytics performance and make adjustments as needed.
