Responsibilities: • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant space at all times. • Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner. • Assist servers in delivering food, beverages, and other items to guests. • Clear tables and reset for new guests. • Ensure all dishes and silverware are cleaned and sanitized properly. • Maintain an adequate supply of clean linens, condiments, and other supplies. • Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. • Perform other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager.
