Busser/Server Assistant

The Busser/Server Assistant will work closely with the restaurant's servers and kitchen staff to ensure our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications: • Previous experience in a restaurant setting preferred • Ability to multitask and work quickly in a fast-paced environment • Strong customer service and communication skills • Ability to stand for long periods of time • Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and other items up to 50 lbs • High school diploma or equivalent GED

Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional service to guests and ensure a unique dining experience.
2. Attend to guests’ needs and respond promptly to requests.
3. Assist servers in providing food and beverage services.
4. Ensure the dining area is clean and presentable before, during, and after service.
5. Set up and clear tables in accordance with restaurant standards.
6. Help prepare and replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and service stations.
7. Clean and reset tables in a timely manner.
8. Assist in food preparation as needed.
9. Ensure all safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times.
10. Assist in other duties as assigned.
