Restaurant Trainer

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver restaurant training programs and materials for Outback Steakhouse staff.
2. Monitor and evaluate staff performance to ensure that all staff members are meeting the company’s standards.
3. Maintain and update training manuals and documents.
4. Identify areas of improvement in training and development and implement necessary strategies.
5. Develop and implement new training techniques to ensure staff are performing at their best.
6. Assist with the recruitment process to ensure that all new hires meet the company’s standards.
7. Provide feedback to restaurant management team on staff performance.
8. Ensure that all restaurant staff are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures.
9. Provide guidance and support to restaurant staff to foster a positive working environment.
10. Ensure compliance with state and local regulations.
