Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner • Take orders from customers and provide accurate pricing information • Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely fashion • Upsell items and suggestively sell menu items • Ensure accuracy of orders and payments • Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times • Follow all health and safety regulations in the restaurant • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner • Assist with restocking items and cleaning the restaurant as needed • Ensure compliance with all applicable local and state laws • Handle all customer transactions in an efficient and friendly manner • Follow all cash handling procedures as outlined by the restaurant • Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and prices
