Server/Waiter/Waitress

Outback Steakhouse is looking for an enthusiastic Server/Waiter/Waitress to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented individual who has a passion for providing outstanding service. The ideal candidate must have at least one year of restaurant experience, excellent communication and multitasking skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 2. Take accurate orders and partner with team members to serve food and beverages.
3. Upsell additional products when appropriate.
4. Ensure guests are satisfied with their meals and take action to correct any problems.
5. Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
6. Clear tables and perform cleaning duties as required.
7. Provide friendly and responsive customer service.
8. Follow health and safety guidelines for all products and procedures.
9. Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate teamwork.
10. Be knowledgeable about the menu and restaurant promotions.
