Server/Waiter/Waitress

Outback Steakhouse is seeking a friendly and energetic Server/Waiter/Waitress to join our team! We are looking for an individual who is passionate about hospitality and making sure our customers have a great experience. As a Server/Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is memorable.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional service. You must be able to handle a busy dining room and multitask efficiently. You must also have a great attitude and strong work ethic. Additionally, you must have a valid Food Handler’s Certificate and at least one year of experience in a restaurant setting.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet guests and provide them with excellent customer service.
2. Take orders and serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
3. Make sure all orders are accurate and served with a smile.
4. Handle payments and process bills.
5. Keep the dining area clean and organized.
6. Attend to customers’ needs promptly and courteously.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
8. Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials.
9. Possess a valid Food Handler’s Certificate.
10. Have at least one year of experience in a restaurant setting.
