You must possess excellent communication skills and have a strong attention to detail. This position requires the ability to memorize orders and keep track of multiple tables at once. A basic knowledge of food and beverage menu items, as well as the ability to upsell, is preferred. We also require a minimum of one year of experience as a Server/Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant, as well as the ability to lift up to 20 lbs as needed.
