
Human Resources Generalist
Coaches managers and employees on HR issues by providing advice and counsel. Explains the impact of HR risks and the importance of compliance. Debriefs with managers after important events to reinforce lessons learned. Drives performance improvement by providing guidance on the Performance Management Process. Identifies root causes to problems and provide recommendations for resolving them. Markets, plans, communicates, and manages the rollout of Corporate and client initiated programs and initiatives. Manages the annual compensation process including correcting, editing, reviewing data entered; analyzing data and providing reports.
2+ years of Human Resources experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred
