Responsibilities:
• Manage employee relations by handling recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and training activities
• Advise and support managers and staff on HR related matters such as policies, procedures and labor laws
• Administer various HR functions, such as payroll, benefits, and employee records
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies
• Identify areas of improvement and develop plans to enhance the HR function
• Create and maintain a positive work environment by fostering positive employee relations
• Prepare and submit reports related to HR activities
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
• Stay up to date on the latest HR trends and best practices
