Interaction Designer

1. Develop creative and innovative designs for interactive experiences that align with the company's brand and user needs.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives.
3. Conduct user research to gain insights into customer behaviors, preferences, and pain points, and use these findings to inform design decisions.
4. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.
5. Ensure all designs are user-centered and meet accessibility and usability standards.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in interaction design.
7. Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback, analytics, and usability testing results.
8. Present design ideas and solutions to internal teams and leadership, effectively communicating the rationale behind design decisions.
9. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
10. Work collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital interfaces.
11. Maintain a strong understanding of the Party City brand and its target audience to create designs that resonate with customers.
12. Take ownership of the user experience and make recommendations for improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
13. Act as a mentor to junior designers, providing guidance and support when needed.
14. Adhere to company design standards, processes, and guidelines.
15. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve the overall customer experience.
