Welcome to Party City, where fun and celebration are always in style! We are currently seeking a responsible and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Key Holder. As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our store by assisting with daily operations and providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering a memorable shopping experience.   1. Assist with daily store operations such as opening and closing procedures, cash management, and inventory management.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns.
  3. Maintain store cleanliness and organization to ensure a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
  4. Serve as a role model for the team by demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
  5. Collaborate with store management to create and implement strategies for achieving sales targets and increasing customer retention.
  6. Train and mentor new team members on store procedures, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
  7. Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.
  8. Prepare and process merchandise for display and sale, including restocking shelves and creating visually appealing displays.
  9. Assist with special events and promotions, including setting up displays and interacting with customers to promote products.
  10. Act as a point of contact for customers with inquiries or concerns, and escalate any unresolved issues to management.
  11. Continuously strive to improve the overall shopping experience for customers by staying knowledgeable about party trends, products, and industry updates.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Retail Experience: As A Key Holder At Party City, Candidates Should Have A Strong Background In Retail Operations And Customer Service. This Experience Will Help Them Effectively Manage The Store And Provide Exceptional Service To Customers.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Key Holder Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Both Customers And Employees, So Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential. This Includes The Ability To Effectively Resolve Customer Complaints And Provide Clear Instructions To Staff.

  • Strong Leadership Abilities: The Key Holder Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Store In The Absence Of The Store Manager. This Requires Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Motivate Employees, And Make Quick Decisions In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Organizational Skills: With The Responsibility Of Managing Inventory, Scheduling Shifts, And Ensuring Store Cleanliness, The Key Holder Must Have Excellent Organizational Skills. They Should Be Able To Prioritize Tasks, Adhere To Deadlines, And Maintain A Well-Organized Store.

  • Knowledge Of Party City Products And Services: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Passion For Party City And Its Products. They Should Be Familiar With The Store's Inventory And Be Able To Assist Customers With Product Recommendations And Provide Knowledge About Party City's Services, Such As Balloon Arrangements And Party Planning.
