As a key holder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our store by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the overall operations of the store.   1. Greet and welcome customers to Party City with a positive and friendly attitude.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by helping customers find products, answering questions, and assisting with purchases.
  3. Serve as a role model for the team by maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.
  4. Supervise and provide guidance to sales associates, ensuring they are meeting customer needs and following company policies and procedures.
  5. Assist in training new employees on store operations, customer service, and product knowledge.
  6. Responsible for opening and closing the store, including handling cash and completing end-of-day tasks.
  7. Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed to ensure products are available for customers.
  8. Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including restocking and merchandising products.
  9. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Collaborate with store management to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  11. Monitor and follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of employees and customers.
  12. Keep up-to-date with current promotions, products, and sales to effectively assist customers.
  13. Maintain knowledge of party and event trends to provide suggestions and ideas to customers.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
  15. Help create a positive and fun atmosphere for customers and fellow employees, promoting the Party City brand and values.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Experience: A Key Holder At Party City Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Retail Setting, Preferably In A Similar Role Such As A Shift Supervisor Or Assistant Manager.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: This Position Requires The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Employees, So Candidates Should Have Strong Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Delegate Tasks And Provide Guidance To Team Members.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Party City Prides Itself On Providing Exceptional Customer Service, So A Key Holder Should Have Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills To Ensure Customer Satisfaction.

  • Organizational Abilities: As A Key Holder, One Of The Main Responsibilities Is To Maintain The Store's Operations And Ensure Tasks Are Completed Efficiently. Therefore, Candidates Should Have Strong Organizational Abilities And Be Able To Multitask Effectively.

  • Availability: Key Holders Are Often Required To Work Flexible Schedules, Including Nights, Weekends, And Holidays. Candidates Should Be Available To Work During These Times And Have A Willingness To Adjust Their Schedule As Needed To Support The Store's Needs.
