Job Description

As the Retail Team Lead at Party City, you will be responsible for driving store sales and providing excellent customer service. You will be the leader of a passionate and dedicated team of associates, utilizing your strong sales and leadership skills to ensure the team is successful in achieving their goals.We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced professional with a proven track record of success in retail sales and customer service. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be a team player, and have the ability to think outside the box when it comes to problem solving. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.If you are excited to make a real impact on the success of the store, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve store sales goals.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
  3. Train and develop retail associates on customer service and sales techniques.
  4. Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to team members.
  5. Identify opportunities to increase store sales and implement strategies to do so.
  6. Ensure store compliance with company policies and procedures.
  7. Maintain a positive and professional working environment.
  8. Track store inventory and restock shelves as needed.
  9. Collaborate with other store departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Handle any escalated customer service issues.
