
Retail Team Lead
Party City is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Retail Team Lead to join our team! We are looking for an individual who loves helping customers and working in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for taking a leadership role in the store and managing team members and store operations. We are looking for someone with a passion for customer experience and excellent communication and organizational skills.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of one year of experience in retail management or leadership. You must also have a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly. Additionally, you must be able to work in a collaborative environment and communicate effectively with store leadership. Responsibilities:
- Lead store operations and manage team members to ensure efficient performance and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and build customer relationships to exceed customer expectations.
- Ensure that store policies and procedures are followed.
- Train and motivate team members to ensure the highest levels of customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and restocking needs.
- Monitor store performance to identify areas of improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize store sales.
- Lead by example in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Develop and maintain strong communication and organizational skills.
- Troubleshoot customer inquiries and complaints.
