You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring all store operations are running smoothly, and developing team members to their full potential.To be successful in this role, you must possess a minimum of two years of experience in a retail environment, excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude. Responsibilities:
- Lead store operations, including staff scheduling, customer service, sales, inventory management, and loss prevention.
- Develop team members to their full potential by providing direction, feedback, and coaching.
- Implement strategies to increase sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor store performance and take corrective action when necessary.
- Ensure store is clean, organized, and up to company standards.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and reports for store operations.
- Manage store budget and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and other staff members.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
