  1. Oversee Daily Operations: The Retail Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations on a daily basis. This includes opening and closing procedures, managing cash handling and inventory, and resolving any customer or employee issues that may arise.
  2. Drive Sales: The primary responsibility of the Retail Team Lead is to drive sales and meet or exceed store targets. This includes setting sales goals, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to boost sales, such as upselling and cross-selling.
  3. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: The Retail Team Lead must lead by example when it comes to providing exceptional customer service. This includes greeting and assisting customers, resolving any complaints or concerns, and creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the store.
