As a Sales Associate, you’ll be responsible for helping customers select the perfect products for their special occasions and providing exceptional customer service. To succeed in this role, you must possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to quickly adapt to changes, and have a passion for providing top-notch customer service.The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of retail sales experience, excellent customer service skills, and a friendly, outgoing personality. You should also be detail-oriented, have the ability to multitask, and demonstrate an aptitude for problem solving. Knowledge of Party City products and services is a plus.
