Job Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dependable individual to join our Party City team as a Seasonal Team Member! The ideal candidate for this position has a passion for providing exceptional customer service and takes pride in their work. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, so a positive attitude and an ability to work well with others is a must. To be considered for the role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be available to work weekends and holidays. Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  2. Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
  3. Maintain a neat and organized workspace.
  4. Ensure that store shelves are well-stocked and displays are attractive.
  5. Assist customers with locating items and answering any questions they may have.
  6. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  7. Follow company policies and procedures.
  8. Adhere to health and safety standards.
  9. Assist in the setup and breakdown of store displays and special events.
  10. Work weekends and holidays as needed.
