Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service to customers by helping them find the perfect products for their special occasions • Stock shelves, process transactions, and ensure store cleanliness • Assist with maintaining store displays and ensuring merchandise is properly merchandised • Maintain a positive attitude and work well with other team members • Follow company policies and procedures for customer service, store operations, and safety • Handle customer complaints in a professional manner • Assist customers with returns and exchanges • Ensure that store is kept clean and organized
