Party City is looking for a motivated Team Member to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers! We are seeking a reliable and friendly individual to join us during our busy holiday season.To be successful in this position, you must have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must also have the confidence to work with customers and possess a friendly demeanor. Previous retail experience and knowledge of seasonal products and costumes is preferred. Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  2. Provide customers with knowledgeable and helpful advice about products and services.
  3. Stay up-to-date with seasonal products and costumes.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  5. Process customer transactions in an efficient and accurate manner.
  6. Assist with stocking shelves and other tasks as needed.
  7. Remain professional and courteous when interacting with customers.
  8. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  9. Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
  10. Follow all safety and security protocols.
