Job Description

Are you looking for a fun and exciting way to earn some extra money this holiday season? Party City is looking for a Seasonal Team Member to join our team! We're searching for enthusiastic, motivated, and dependable individuals who are ready to hit the ground running.To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent customer service skills, have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. A friendly and positive attitude is a must! Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but not required.If you have the skills and enthusiasm we're looking for, we'd love for you to become part of the Party City team!

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Help customers find the products they need and answer any questions they may have.
  4. Ensure the store is clean and organized at all times.
  5. Maintain accurate inventory and restock shelves as needed.
  6. Handle customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  8. Assist with setting up displays and organizing merchandise.
  9. Follow all safety and security protocols.
  10. Promote sales by offering promotions and specials.
