We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as a Seasonal Team Member. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fun and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for helping people make their celebrations special. We are looking for someone who is available to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays.If you are interested in this role and you meet the qualifications below, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome customers to Party City and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
  2. Assist customers with selecting product and ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
  3. Assist in keeping merchandise organized and stocked in the store.
  4. Help to set up displays and prepare the store for special occasions.
  5. Assist with the maintenance of store cleanliness and organization.
  6. Assist with taking inventory of supplies and materials.
  7. Process payment transactions and manage customer accounts.
  8. Ensure that the store is following all policies and procedures.
  9. Maintain a safe and secure working environment.
  10. Other duties as assigned.
