2. Assist customers with finding the perfect party supplies for their special occasions.
3. Answer customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints.
4. Stock shelves and ensure store is clean and organized.
5. Assist with opening and closing procedures.
6. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
7. Count and balance the cash register at the end of each shift.
8. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
9. Uphold company policies and standards.
10. Follow safety protocols and report any incidents to management.
