At Party City, we are looking for a Seasonal Team Member who will add to our fun and vibrant atmosphere! Our ideal candidate is a person who is passionate about helping others and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service. To be successful in this role, you must have the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome customers to Party City, provide excellent customer service and assist them with their party needs.
  2. Assist in stocking shelves and ensuring store is well organized and tidy.
  3. Assist with setting up and cleaning up after parties.
  4. Process customer payments and ensure accuracy of transactions.
  5. Help customers find the perfect items to make their parties special.
  6. Keep up to date with new products and promotions.
  7. Follow safety protocols and adhere to store policies.
  8. Provide friendly and professional advice to customers.
  9. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  10. Assist in other tasks as required by management.
