
Seasonal Team Member
Party City is looking for an enthusiastic seasonal team member to join our team this summer! We’re looking for someone who is passionate about helping customers and is a real people-person. We are a fun and fast-paced environment, so the ideal candidate for this position should have an outgoing personality, great customer service skills, and the ability to multi-task. Qualifications for this position include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of retail experience, and a willingness to learn and adapt to a constantly changing environment. We’re thrilled to have you join us and can’t wait to see what awesome ideas you bring to the team!
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all Party City customers
- Maintain a friendly and positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment
- Assist customers in finding the products they need
- Process customer orders and returns efficiently and accurately
- Work closely with other team members to achieve common goals
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and store policies
- Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
- Help maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Ensure all merchandise is properly displayed and priced
