Job Description

At Party City, we’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team of Seasonal Team Members! If you’re up for a challenge, have great customer service skills, and are looking to gain experience in a fast-paced environment, this is the job for you.We require our Seasonal Team Members to have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a minimum of 6 months of retail experience. Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers in a friendly and helpful manner
  2. Answer questions about products and services
  3. Assist with setting up displays and stocking shelves
  4. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  5. Assist with maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store
  6. Help customers locate specific items they are looking for
  7. Assist with inventory management and restocking
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  9. Provide excellent customer service to all customers
  10. Create a positive shopping experience for customers
