Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Assist customers with the selection of products and provide product information and recommendations.
  3. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  4. Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
  5. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Party City products and promotions.
  6. Offer suggestions to create a memorable shopping experience for customers.
  7. Assist with inventory management and stocking shelves.
  8. Monitor store security and safety measures.
  9. Support other team members to ensure efficient operations.
  10. Follow all store policies and procedures.
