
Seasonal Team Member

As a Seasonal Team Member, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and help create memorable experiences for our customers.To qualify for this role, you must have a high school diploma or GED, be able to work nights and weekends, and have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and help create memorable experiences for customers.
- Assist in the stocking and organizing of merchandise.
- Follow all store policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of party supplies and decorations.
- Ensure all merchandise is properly priced and tagged.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a polite and courteous manner.
- Process payments using the store’s POS system.
- Assist in the maintenance of the store’s visual presentation.
