We are seeking passionate individuals who are eager to bring their enthusiasm and unique perspectives to our team. As a Seasonal Team Member, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and help create memorable experiences for our customers.To qualify for this role, you must have a high school diploma or GED, be able to work nights and weekends, and have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Prior retail experience is preferred but not required. If you think you have what it takes to provide an unforgettable experience to our customers, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Provide excellent customer service and help create memorable experiences for customers.
  3. Assist in the stocking and organizing of merchandise.
  4. Follow all store policies and procedures.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  6. Assist in the setup and breakdown of party supplies and decorations.
  7. Ensure all merchandise is properly priced and tagged.
  8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a polite and courteous manner.
  9. Process payments using the store’s POS system.
  10. Assist in the maintenance of the store’s visual presentation.
