Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Store Team Leader to join our team at Party City! As Store Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring a great customer experience, and leading a team of sales associates. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement customer service strategies, while ensuring the store is running smoothly and meeting all corporate objectives.To be successful in this role, you must have previous retail management experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service. You should also be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for problem-solving. Above all, your enthusiasm and team-oriented approach will be key to success in this role. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer experience
  2. Develop and implement customer service strategies
  3. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates
  4. Ensure store is running smoothly and meeting all corporate objectives
  5. Provide direction, training, and feedback to sales associates
  6. Monitor employee performance and take corrective action as needed
  7. Monitor inventory levels and initiate re-ordering as needed
  8. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner
  9. Maintain a clean and organized store
  10. Stay up to date with company policies and procedures
  11. Create monthly reports and other administrative tasks
