Store Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Team Leader to join our team at Party City. As the Store Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the store and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will support the Store Manager to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong customer service focus. Responsibilities:

1. Manage the daily operations of the store, including customer engagement, sales, operational processes, and inventory management.
2. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

5. Ensure store remains organized and clean at all times.
6. Create and implement promotional strategies to increase sales.
7. Coordinate with the Store Manager to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
8. Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
9. Analyze data and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
10. Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.
