You will motivate and coach your team to exceed organizational objectives and ensure a safe and healthy store environment.The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work, as well as the ability to identify opportunities to optimize operational efficiency.
