As a Store Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales.   1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Party City store.
  2. Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
  3. Drive sales and meet sales goals.
  4. Lead and motivate a team of store associates to achieve success.
  5. Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  6. Train and develop team members to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and procedures.
  7. Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available at all times.
  8. Create and execute promotions and events to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  9. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise.
  10. Ensure store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  11. Collaborate with other store team leaders and upper management to share ideas and improve processes.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  13. Conduct regular meetings with team members to communicate goals, expectations, and performance feedback.
  14. Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase profitability.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve store operations and customer experience.
