Develop and implement global security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety and security of Peloton's employees, assets, and facilities.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the global security team, including managing budgets, staffing, and training.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential security risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor and analyze security data to identify trends and potential threats, and make recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies and make recommendations for their implementation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all security-related incidents and emergencies, and provide timely and effective response and resolution.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners such as law enforcement, security agencies, and industry peers.
Conduct investigations into security incidents and provide recommendations for prevention and remediation.
Create and maintain crisis management plans and protocols to ensure quick and effective response to emergencies.
Develop and maintain emergency communication systems to keep employees informed and safe during critical incidents.
Manage vendor relationships related to security services and products, and ensure their compliance with Peloton's standards and policies.
Prepare and present regular reports on security operations and incidents to senior management.
Lead and mentor the global security team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Foster a culture of security awareness and best practices among all employees, promoting a safe and secure work environment.
