Job Description

Peloton is seeking a motivated and experienced Staff Data Engineer to join our ever-growing data engineering team. We are on a mission to revolutionize the way people get fit, and you will play a pivotal role in helping us achieve this goal.As a Staff Data Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining data pipelines, designing and implementing data solutions, and maintaining and optimizing data sets. You will be working closely with data scientists and other engineers to ensure that data is properly collected, stored, and analyzed.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data engineering, software engineering, and/or big data. You should have a strong understanding of object-oriented programming, distributed systems, and relational and non-relational databases. Additionally, you should be comfortable with scripting in languages such as Python, Perl, or Bash. Finally, you should be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent problem-solving and communication skills.If you are passionate about data and feel ready to take on a new challenge, we would love to hear from you!
