Job Description

PepsiCo is seeking an experienced Analyst, Life Cycle Assessment to join its Environmental Sustainability team. In this role, you will develop and drive the organization’s life cycle assessment (LCA) initiatives and use your expertise to help PepsiCo achieve its sustainability goals. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical problem-solver with a passion for sustainability and a strong understanding of the LCA process. If you have a background in environmental science, sustainability, or related fields, and a drive to make a positive impact, we want to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, sustainability, or related field• At least 3 years of experience in life cycle assessment• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills• Strong understanding of the LCA process• Excellent communication and collaboration skills• Ability to develop and implement sustainability initiatives• Passion for sustainability and making a positive impact

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and drive PepsiCo's life cycle assessment (LCA) initiatives.
  2. Utilize expertise to help PepsiCo achieve its sustainability goals.
  3. Analyze and solve complex problems related to the LCA process.
  4. Maintain excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Develop and implement sustainability initiatives.
  6. Monitor trends and regulations related to LCA and sustainability.
  7. Prepare reports and presentations related to LCA initiatives and progress.
  8. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives.
  9. Research best practices and innovative solutions related to LCA and sustainability.
