Job Description

PepsiCo is seeking an experienced and highly organized Customer Service & Integration Coordinator to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This critical role requires an individual who can keep up with the growing demands of our customer base and provide an excellent experience for each and every customer. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, a strong ability to communicate effectively, and an understanding of the customer journey. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to PepsiCo's clients.
  2. Keep up with the growing demands of the customer base and ensure a positive customer experience.
  3. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  4. Resolve customer service inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Take ownership of customer queries and follow up on any unresolved issues.
  6. Monitor customer feedback and adjust service standards accordingly.
  7. Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and policies.
  8. Generate reports on customer satisfaction and other customer service metrics.
  9. Keep up to date with products and services offered by PepsiCo.
  10. Remain organized and proactive in all customer service tasks.
