Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and provide excellent customer service
  2. Develop and maintain a strong customer relationship management system
  3. Take ownership of customer inquiries, complaints, and requests and ensure timely resolution
  4. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive customer experience
  5. Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
  6. Develop and implement strategies to streamline the customer experience
  7. Stay up-to-date on PepsiCo products and services
  8. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction
  9. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
  10. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all customer interactions
