You will be the main point of contact for customers, working to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services.The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of five years’ experience in a customer success or similar role, and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. They will be driven, self-motivated, and have a deep understanding of customer service and satisfaction.
