PepsiCo is currently seeking an experienced Data Privacy Analyst to join our team and help us ensure our data privacy compliance. As a key member of the PepsiCo Data Privacy team, the successful candidate will be responsible for helping us protect our customers' personal data and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of data privacy laws and regulations, as well as a deep commitment to protecting the privacy of our customers and employees. They should also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, and be comfortable working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, as well as at least 3 years of experience in a data privacy or legal compliance role.We are looking for someone who is passionate about data privacy and is committed to helping us ensure compliance and protect our customers' data. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze data privacy laws and regulations to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure data privacy compliance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure data privacy requirements are met.
- Educate and advise team members on data privacy best practices.
- Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies related to data privacy.
- Proactively identify potential data privacy risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to data privacy and support customer data privacy requests.
- Handle data privacy incidents and provide timely resolution.
- Prepare and submit data privacy compliance reports.
