Deputy Director - DevSecOps

PepsiCo is seeking an ambitious and experienced Deputy Director - DevSecOps to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a leader who is passionate about technology and security and is able to provide technical guidance and operational oversight to the DevSecOps team. The perfect candidate for this role must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, and at least 10 years of professional experience in DevSecOps, software engineering and/or related field. The successful Deputy Director - DevSecOps must also have extensive experience in software architecture, cloud computing, and DevOps practices and tools.As the Deputy Director - DevSecOps, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the DevSecOps team, developing and implementing strategies to ensure secure development, and providing guidance on best practices and processes. You will also be a leader in driving technology innovation and ensuring that all projects and initiatives are secure and compliant. 6. Monitor and report on team performance and progress.
7. Provide technical training and guidance to team members.
8. Manage and maintain security systems and software.
9. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
10. Participate in security and risk assessments.
