  1. Develop and execute digital product strategies and roadmaps for the IBP Demand Planning team, in alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
  2. Identify and prioritize new digital product opportunities and enhancements based on market trends, customer needs, and business requirements.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, marketing, and supply chain, to gather insights and drive the development and implementation of digital solutions.
  4. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and post-launch monitoring and optimization.
  5. Conduct market and competitive research to stay ahead of industry trends and drive innovation in digital product management.
  6. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital products and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert for digital product management, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
  8. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the successful delivery of digital products.
  9. Continuously monitor and analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements and improvements.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and support for digital product initiatives.
  11. Champion a customer-centric mindset and incorporate user feedback into product development and roadmap decisions.
  12. Lead and mentor a team of digital product professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in digital product management and apply them to drive continuous improvement within the organization.
  14. Represent PepsiCo as a thought leader in digital product management at industry conferences and events.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Demand Planning, Or Related Roles In The Consumer Goods Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Digital And E-Commerce Channels, With Experience In Developing And Implementing Digital Product Strategies.

  • Excellent Analytical Skills And Ability To Utilize Data And Insights To Drive Decision Making And Optimize Product Performance.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Collaborating With Various Stakeholders, Including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, And Finance.
