Job Description

Do you have what it takes to lead the way in packaging engineering at PepsiCo? We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and highly-motivated Engineering Principal Packaging Engineer to join our R&D team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing packaging solutions that maximize the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of our products.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in the packaging engineering industry. You should be an excellent communicator, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive innovation initiatives. Above all, you should have a passion for developing innovative packaging solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
