  1. Design and develop data integration solutions for PepsiCo's global organization using Informatica software.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design appropriate data integration solutions.
  3. Lead the implementation of data integration projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality of solutions.
  4. Develop and maintain data integration best practices and standards to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data integration processes and systems.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data integration technology to continuously improve and innovate PepsiCo's data integration capabilities.
  7. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members.
  8. Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data integration improvements and enhancements.
  9. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all data integration processes.
  10. Document and maintain detailed technical documentation for all data integration projects.
  11. Participate in project planning and provide accurate time and resource estimates for data integration tasks.
  12. Continuously monitor data integration processes and systems to identify and address any performance or quality issues.
  13. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of data across systems.
  14. Communicate project progress, issues, and updates to stakeholders and management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Data Integration, Preferably With Informatica Tools

  • Strong Knowledge Of Data Warehousing And Etl Concepts

  • Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Data Integration Developers

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders
