Job Description

PepsiCo is seeking an ambitious and motivated Intern to join our Human Resources team. This individual will have the opportunity to contribute to our HR operations and gain valuable experience in the field. The ideal candidate should be an enthusiastic learner who is open to new experiences and has a passion for helping others.To be successful in this role, the Intern must possess a combination of strong interpersonal skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and an interest in Human Resources. The Intern should also have a basic understanding of HR processes and principles, as well as an eagerness to learn new concepts.We’re looking for an individual with exceptional communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a positive attitude. If you’re a self-starter who is eager to develop their skills and knowledge of Human Resources, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with daily HR operations, including payroll, employee onboarding, and employee benefits.
  2. Learn about various HR processes, principles, and policies.
  3. Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  4. Assist with recruitment activities, such as interviewing potential candidates and conducting background checks.
  5. Support HR initiatives, such as employee engagement and training programs.
  6. Develop strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  7. Utilize problem-solving abilities to help resolve HR-related issues.
  8. Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate enthusiasm for learning.
  9. Manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasks appropriately.
  10. Participate in meetings and provide feedback.
