Lead Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement data analysis strategies to identify trends and provide insights to inform business decisions
2. Lead a team of data analysts to ensure the accuracy of data collection, analysis, and interpretation
3. Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets and use statistical methods to produce actionable insights
4. Create visualizations and reports to present data-driven insights to stakeholders
5. Develop and maintain data pipelines and databases
6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve data collection and analysis processes
7. Develop and maintain data quality assurance processes
8. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and develop data-driven solutions
9. Manage data security policies and procedures
10. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and management
